This is a very authentic and innovative initiative that will greatly motivate our youths and improve their future and by extent, our entire country! I can’t wait to see this project materialize!

I fully endorse the idea of Mr. Frantz Smith's "My Future Career". Belize will benefit greatly from his educative project - in particular the nation's primary and high school children, who certainly require modules of leadership and career orientation. I particularly believe it is a great idea that he shall incorporate live examples of successful community members. Mr. Smith has the capability and intelligence to execute this project well to completion. And the meshing of a book, online content, and a workbook is clearly a foolproof method to captivate and effect results from the target audience!

This concept is novel & brilliant in that it will allow students to gain knowledge & valuable insight into how successful careers were developed. The goal is to empower students to develop their own successful careers. My suggestion to improve efficiency of the program is to increase the number of successful Belizeans to be interviewed and then categorize them into 2 main groups; the first group will contain Belizeans who did not undergo a higher formal education or whose higher education did not necessarily play a pivotal role in developing their careers (e.g. athletes, musicians, entrepreneurs etc). This group could be used to develop a book specifically for primary school students. The second group will contain Belizeans who achieved success which relied heavily on a higher formal education (e.g. architects, doctors, engineers etc.). Data from the second group could then be used to develop a book for highschool students. In other words, two books ought to be developed.
