The New Empire
The New Empire is a personal development academy aimed for secondary and tertiary level students. This is not something new to the world nor to society and this mentorship/personal development program is only available to one percent of the world's population. In 2019 the worldometers published that the worlds population was 7.7 billion and if only one percent of people are getting educated in personal development that explains why only a few people become high performance people in society. The New Empire will provide the necessary skills to triumph in life.

- Traditional Education is aimed for younger generations so that they could expand their knowledge, acquire conventional skills and excel in life with a decent career so that they could be a contributing citizen to society. Students are instructed by teaching institutions to be complacent and stay in their comfort zone rather than competing with their full potential, being ambitious and polarizing and living on the edges of life. Without even realizing it alumni are internalizing subconsciously how to be average instead of being a high performance individuals. The mind set that students are developing in educational establishments are not allowing the recipients of the center to have an exceptional future like they promised and portrayed in their mission and vision when it was founded. They are only taught to operate on a daily basis with limited effort, confidence, trust and passion in them. The creativity that was within them while they were aging has diminished due to the teaching style of the instructors and was not noticed. That is why there is a defined line of innovative, creative and genius ideas coming from young people and only a few capitalize on their talent and create a change in society for the better. This business will benefit both enrolled and drop out students. Drop out students will have the opportunity to partake on this course and get the adequate support, attention and motivation to enroll back into school. They will no longer be vulnerable to be involved in gang like or criminal activities which lead to violent acts and misbehavior. One of the biggest issues affecting our community because it is borderline to Guatemala is smuggling of drugs and contraband and youth are affected by it due that they are easy malleable and need financial assistance. Statistical report/data for the crime and violence rate is not recorded for Benque Viejo due that most people do not report this incidents to the police since they are all accomplices in these illicit activities. Domestic Violence is another big issue in the community and youth are also affected by this. Our institution will create a safer space for them and engage them in a fun and learning environment where more opportunities will be presented to them and they would be able to seize them rather than being involved in an environment of crime where little to no opportunities are presented. The demand for this business is 37% due to a survey that was carried out to both parents and students.

- The service that will be offered are personal and professional development coaching. Social skills or interpersonal skills will be taught to them. Since networking is one of the major keys of success for an individual they will be instructed with the necessary materials on how to socialize and create their own network. Skills such as being charismatic, empathetic, confident, committed, resourceful, centered, focused, have control of their emotional state so that they can be more productive and more resourceful, body language and physiology awareness will be in our curriculum. They will also have access to financial literacy so that they can amass the principles of budgeting, financing, competent investing and developing a business plan. High Income skills will be part of this program since with out them one can not generate income or a stable cash flow. Only one or two of these skills are available in colleges for scholars to master but not all and the skills that will be presented to them to assimilate are public speaking, copy writing, selling, closing, driving traffic, funneling and marketing. All these skills work hand in hand and are related to each other. Proposal writing and monitoring and evaluation will be at the disposal of youth as well. This is important for them to learn due to the fact that many enterprises depend on proposal writing for attaining grants and monitoring and evaluation is used to measure if the targets set were achieved or not. Monitoring and evaluation is also used to tweak and improve the methods used before for improving the success rate of the institutions and accomplishing new and higher targets. This will assist them in having the necessary skills to manage a business entity or a non profit organization. At the same time tutoring services will be available to them and students will have access to printing and internet services and will have assistance in researching and home works because we believe in educating them that plagiarism is unethical. Scholarship opportunities will be given to the outstanding students to continue pursuing their careers and insurance will be paid for students who are enrolled because unexpected incidents are always a part of life. Social events will be mixed with in this project such as mashups and movie nights. They need time to socialize, have fun and relieve their stress. This are some of the unique factors that will make this project successful and will then make it into a stable program.

- Benque Viejo Del Carmen will benefit from this project. The target population is 20% of the secondary and tertiary level students along with dropout students. The release from the Ministry of Education for the 2018 annual statistic report has shown the prevalence rate for dropout and repetition in students are at 3.1% and 5.7% respectively and the enrollment statistic for the Cayo District is at 5,375 students. With this stated we can conclude that the potential or the risk for youth to be actively engaged in crime and violence, due that they are not qualified with the adequate knowledge to be hired and operate in a workplace, is at 8.8% total and it can not be afforded to let their potential to help construct a befitting future for the Belizean people go to waste. This is a perfect opportunity to aid them away from the path of destruction before it is too late. Our entity will create a partnership with the secondary and tertiary institutions where a vetting committee will be placed to scout our prospects and be able to sutent them on a timely manner with their academic pursuance so that the do not steer away from it. The students will be monitored every week on their academic performance and teachers will submit a SWOT report to us and we will review them and create a strategic plan to improve their weakness, be opportunistics with their strengths, aid them with their opportunities and advice them about their threats both in personal and academic aspects. It will also be an open opportunity for other students to enroll and take advantage of the opportunity that is being offered. With our guidance the students will be inclined more towards their education rather than any other option that is out in the streets and is not beneficial to them. Parents will also be asked to attend sessions separately so they can be educated differently on how they can assist their offspring growth and help them put into practice what they have learnt so they can evolve faster as a person. A desire to become a high performance person will begin to show in them. High Standards will then be developed by the students and will not be comfortable with the little that life provides them with. Ideas will begin to flow from their minds and these new innovative ideas will give birth to successful businesses in Benque Viejo Del Carmen and job opportunities will be available. After monitoring and evaluation of the case studies methods will be tweaked to make this available in all Belize

- The business will charge for its service due that it can not run on its own. Bills for rent, electricity and water utilities, internet and other expenses such as materials for facilitating sessions need to be paid. The revenue created from the charging fees will also be used to pay the employees and staff members. The fees will be charged in categories such as: Diamond ( $50), Ruby ($40) , Sapphire ($30) and Gold ($20). These fees will determine the amount of times an individual will receive mentoring, personal and professional development, internet and printing services, assistance in researching and home works and tutoring. For those who are unable to pay the service offered; a contract will be made and signed between the organization and the customer where the payment will be done with a community service scholarship. The personal and development sessions will be converted into programs and will be uploaded to YouTube so it is available to the public at will. This social platform will also serve as a form of generating income. This business can as well turn into an online business that other youth around the world can have access to and develop their skills so they can have a competent future and competent career. Another opportunity that is out there for the business to be sustainable is the social entrepreneurship where the business is providing a service to solve a social problem and create a social change for the betterment. The business will write proposals to other institutions for grants to help the business run and be aligned with its mission and vision. Affiliate Marketing is another form of generating income. Either via the YouTube channel to promote brands and companies that sponsor us or promote brands and companies in the community or the country that sponsor us. Create pledge cards to generate revenue or a brand of shirts and water bottle to sell.
